I am so proud of 91探花视频鈥檚 official launch of the Rising Scholars Program held on January 24, 2024 at the Performing Arts Center. It was an incredible afternoon of inspiration and a beautiful convergence of the arts and education. I was struck by the power of artistic expression to convey the lived experiences and message of redemption from each participant. I invited Shawn Khalifa, Project Specialist for Rising Scholars to describe the program and the significance of its launch.
