United Way brings together people and organizations around the world to improve education, financial stability and health--the building blocks for a good quality life, a stronger community and more opportunity for all.
Warning Signs That Someone is at Risk for Suicide
- Increased alcohol and drug use
- Aggressive behavior
- Withdrawal from friends, family, and community
- Dramatic mood swings
- Impulsive or reckless behavior
- Collecting and saving pills or buying a weapon
- Giving away possessions
- Tying up loose ends, like organizing personal papers or paying off debts
- Saying goodbye to friends and family
What should you do?
If YOU are feeling suicidal...

If YOUR FRIEND is suicidal...
- If it is an emergency and the danger for self-harm seems imminent, call 911.

Where does Commencement take place?
Commencement takes place at the 91̽»¨ÊÓƵ Live Oak Terraces, which is an outdoor venue.
Where can I park for Commencement? Is there a fee?
Parking is available throughout campus, free of charge on the day of commencement. Lots 4, 5 and 6 are the closest to the event venue. There is designated ADA parking in Lot 5 (nearest the Performing Arts Center). See . Parking for students and guests is complimentary on the day of commencement. Parking permits are not required that day.
