International Students Forms
The International Student Program (ISP) uses electronic forms for submitting requests. This allows students to submit forms securely. Each form has a concise description to provide the objective of the form.
Most of the forms will require an active 91̽»¨ÊÓƵ account. If you have not attended 91̽»¨ÊÓƵ for one year or more, visit International Student Forms: Non Active to access available forms.

Enrollment Confirmation and Arrival
Summer 2024 Enrollment Confirmation
Once you have received your F-1 visa, you must confirm your enrollment at 91̽»¨ÊÓƵ to reserve your spot for mandatory orientation and registration. You must submit the Confirmation of Enrollment form no later than May 13, 2024:

Congratulations on your admission to 91̽»¨ÊÓƵ! Now that you have been admitted to 91̽»¨ÊÓƵ, you will need to apply for the F-1 visa at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in your home country. Please review the information below as it will assist you in this process.
Housing Information
91̽»¨ÊÓƵ does not offer dormitories or on-campus housing. However, students will find a wide variety of off-campus apartments located near the college.
